Watermelon Seeds (Magaj)

The traditional Indian magaj, prized for centuries as a cooling, nourishing snack and a wedding-day delicacy. These are the white, soft kernels of the watermelon, shelled, cleaned, and ready for the kitchen.

At Ramjeevan, magaj has been a quiet favourite of our shelves since 1932. It is most loved in the festive sweets of Rajasthan, ground into rich masalas, scattered over kheer, or pressed into homemade ladoos. Our grandmothers offered a handful to grooms before the wedding ceremony for good reason.

Rich in plant protein, magnesium, and healthy fats, magaj is as nourishing as it is traditional. Cleaned and inspected at our Jodhpur facility before packing.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening for prolonged freshness.
