Turmeric Powder (Haldi)

Bright, golden, and grounded in centuries of Indian healing tradition. Our haldi is sourced from select turmeric-growing regions and ground at our Jodhpur facility in small batches, retaining the deep yellow colour and earthy aroma of properly cured roots.

Haldi has been a staple at Ramjeevan since 1932. We grade and clean each lot carefully because the difference between a good haldi and an indifferent one is felt in every dish it touches.

Used in nearly every Indian dal, sabzi, marinade, and golden milk, haldi is also revered in Ayurveda for its anti-inflammatory properties.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
