Sunflower Seeds

Mild, nutty, and clean on the palate. Sunflower seeds are a quiet pleasure of the Indian kitchen, soaked into porridge, sprinkled over rotis, baked into bread, or eaten plain as a healthful handful between meals. Ramjeevan has carried them for the families of Jodhpur since 1932.

Naturally rich in vitamin E, magnesium, selenium, and unsaturated fats, sunflower seeds carry a generous nutritional profile in a very small package. Toast them lightly to deepen their flavour, or use them as they come for a softer bite.

Cleaned and packed at our Jodhpur facility, free of grit and broken pieces.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness.
