A good cup of chai is a small act of devotion. Our chai masala is built to honour that ritual. Green cardamom, cinnamon, dry ginger, black pepper, clove, and nutmeg are ground together at our Jodhpur facility in proportions refined across nine decades of Ramjeevan tea-making.
The result is a masala that warms without overpowering, lingers in the cup, and brings out the best in any tea leaf you use. A quarter teaspoon per cup is generally enough. Add it directly to the boil or stir it into the milk just before serving.
This is the same chai masala served in our home and offered to guests at our shop. We see no reason to recommend any other.
How to Use
Add a quarter to half teaspoon per cup while the tea is brewing. Boil briefly with milk and sweetener for the traditional preparation.
Storage
Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Use within 9 months for peak aroma.
