Plump, light-shelled pumpkin seeds with a clean, quietly rich flavour. At Ramjeevan, we have stocked them since 1932, when Marwari households kept them aside as a wholesome everyday snack and a gentle addition to ladoos, chikkis, and seasonal sweets.

Naturally rich in zinc, magnesium, plant protein, and healthy fats, pumpkin seeds are among the most nourishing of all edible seeds. They make a clean, satisfying handful with afternoon chai, scatter beautifully over salads and breakfast bowls, and lend body to homemade granola and trail mixes.

Each batch is inspected and cleaned at our Jodhpur facility, free of shells and grit.
