Iranian Akbari Pistachios
Couldn't load pickup availability
Naturally split shells, a clean cream colour, and a kernel that is green rather than yellow. That is how a good pistachio announces itself before you have tasted it.
Iranian Akbari: Long jumbo kernels; the top Iranian export grade.
In Iran pistachios are called “khandan”, the smiling nut. Pistachios contain all nine essential amino acids, which is rare among nuts.
A festive bowl on the table, a garnish for kheer and kulfi, or something to shell slowly with the evening tea. Pistachios carry plant protein, fibre, and potassium in every handful.
Each batch is hand-sorted at our Jodhpur facility before it is packed. What you receive is what we would eat ourselves.
