Coriander Powder (Dhaniya)

Freshly ground coriander powder with a clean, citrus-warm aroma and a softly sweet finish. At Ramjeevan, dhaniya has been on our shelves since 1932, a quiet workhorse of the Indian kitchen used by the spoonful in almost every gravy, sabzi, and lentil preparation.

We source whole coriander seeds, clean them carefully, and grind them in small batches at our Jodhpur facility. The result is a powder that smells alive, not stale, and carries flavour where lesser dhaniya simply carries dust.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Use within six months for peak aroma.
