Californian Roasted & Salted Pistachios (In-Shell)

Our pistachios arrive whole and in-shell, slow-roasted with a light dusting of salt that brings out the natural sweetness of the kernel. Sourced from the orchards of California - a region whose dry summers and cool nights produce pistachios prized worldwide for their colour and richness - they are roasted in small batches at our Jodhpur facility.

Cracking open a pistachio is one of life's small, satisfying rituals. Ramjeevan has been selling them since 1932, and they remain among our most asked-for items during festivals, family gatherings, and quiet evenings with company.

Pistachios are an excellent source of protein, vitamin B6, and healthy fats. They are best enjoyed slowly - the natural pace of the shell ensures you do.
