Anjeer (Dried Figs) – Jumbo

Soft, honey-sweet, and full of tiny seeds that give dried figs their gentle crunch. Good anjeer is pale, clean, and pliable, never hard or dusty.

Soak two overnight and eat them in the morning, chop them into ladoos and halwa, or serve them with nuts after a meal. Naturally rich in fibre, calcium, and iron, with no sugar added.

Each batch is hand-sorted at our Jodhpur facility before it is packed. What you receive is what we would eat ourselves.
